KAN is happy to publicise all actions and community events that educate and inform people about, or prevent, the exploitation of the environment and the community.  This includes reports of actions (sent anonymously and securely) that inflict economic damage on those profiting from the destruction of the environment and the community, and on institutions that are classist and exploitative, so long as all necessary precautions are taken against harming any animal – human or non-human. We do not support and will not publicise actions that are racist, sexist or homophobic.

Kernow Action Now! – First Meeting Reminder

13 September, 2009

Kernow Action Now! (KAN!) is a new, non-hierarchical, consensus-based group that supports, promotes and encourages all forms of direct action to confront, stop and eventually reverse the destruction of our communities and the planet.

We aim to encourage and facilitate self-determination in our communities rather than a reliance on the state or charity.

We want to encourage a shift to a low-carbon, people centred future where wealth is measured by our relationships to each other and the
environment instead of by human and resource exploitation.

We meet at 7pm on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month

Next meeting is on 15 September at The ‘Front, Custom House Quay, Falmouth If you want to get involved or want to find out more, come to one of our meetings or email
